1. Marc Vanrunxt has been invited by the Platform
0090 to go to Istanbul for a week. For Marc it is an
opportunity to get acquainted with the city and its artists. At the same
time, local dancers and producers will be immersed in Marc’s work. The
idea is to take his oeuvre as a starting point to exchange ideas and
concepts on art and choreography. This will result in an interaction
between the ways in which Marc and the artists living and working in
Istanbul are operating.

2. Two productions are in full preparation WE HAVE TO MOVE URGENTLY – the new production of TALDANS is in residency in Buda-Kortrijk and wpZImmer – Antwerp. A SPECULATION/EINE SPEKULATION the new production of BEGUM ERCIYAS is in residency in Buda - Kortrijk. Both productions will première in january 2014.

Mönster 3. Artistic director Mesut Arslan is invited by ’t Arsenaal – Mechelen to direct and produce ‘Verborgen gezicht” (Hidden face) – a play by Noble Prize winner Orhan Pamuk , in his own words the first modernist in his region and timelapse. This play will be intertwined with de wellknown Waiting for Godot of Samuel Beckett – for Arslan one of the last modernists. Première end 2015.  4. The production GHOST by Abbatoir Ferme that was co-produced by Platform 0090 is still touring extensively :
