proximity does not mean relation
installation by David Bergé,
curated by Enna Bae
Metropolitan Mountains proximity does not mean relation, is the working title of new work by David Bergé, addressing a specific phenomenon in Seoul, South Korea, where due to sudden urban density and city expansion, modernity relentlessly clashes into wild nature. The work aims to capture, among other, the physical time experience of this merciless momentum between the rural history of Korea and its sudden urbanisation.
